Michel Martelly sworn in as Haiti's 56th President during a historic ceremony this Saturday May 14, 2011 at the Haitian parliamentary.  Martelly declared that "this is a historic day for me" while exiting the parliamentary.

The 56th President of Haiti will have the daunting task to build the country's infrastructure, revitalize the agriculture sector, create job to boost the economy and decentralize the country's public sector.
